I think you may have read this one wrong Carl. John already donated 4 of his seeds to our club and they are going toward our auction. Trust me on this one Bud, Phil either wants this one for himself, or more likely this is clever marketing for our upcoming auction ;)

There is plenty of proven out there that is affordable. My 1240 is proven into the 1400's but everyone chases the 1421 but 1240 is affordable. People are just choosy and that makes it costly if you choose to chase the name brand stuff.

Alex, I agree...I grew the 1309 Hebb last year which is the exact same cross as the 1385 Jutras...I also grew the 843 Heyne...which is the exact same cross as the 998.6 Pukos...one set of seeds is free from the grower...the other you have to pay 800 bucks for... ;-)
Using the AGGC and "Same Cross" you will find others...as the 970.5 Barenie..which started this.
