I realized a while ago that I had made the same cross in 2009 as the 1303 Sweet, 1161 Rodonis x 1413 Werner. The 1161 got off to a slow start as a seedling so I just grew it in the field and it only got to 377 lbs. The 1413 Werner that was the pollinator was clearly my best plant in what was the worst season I've had. Both pumpkins had nice shape and good color.

If you'd like to try a 1303 but can't afford one this may be a decent replacement. The 377 didn't have many seeds in it so I don't have enough to give one out to everyone, but if someone is sure they want to plant it I will send you one or two.
