Looking to grow big and orange this year. Not really sure which seeds produce this. This will be my first year, and have no idea were my seeds will come from. Have been speaking to Lovelace here in nc, but unable to reach him lately. Any help would be appreciated.

No idea if it works, but I'll plant the 1176 Lombardi 11 for exactly that purpose, to get something out of it which is nicely shaped, big, heavy and orange, because the pumpkins on both the plant which grew the 1176 and on the plant of the pollinator were nicely orange, big and heavy.

Here's a tip on getting people's email address from this site, for those that don't already know.

Go to their diary and click on the little envelope icon at the top left of the page (right next to their name). It should pop up a mail client window with their address in it. If your default email program (usually Outlook Express) is not set up to send mail it won't work, but you can copy the email address to your web mail client (like aol, yahoo or gmail).
If a window doesn't pop up, just put your mouse on the envelope and the address should be displayed in the lower left (status bar) of the window your are in.

Well, I wouldn't do this if Sam hadn't already made it public. It's: carllove65@yahoo.com. Just left click on the link cntryboy provided and drag your mouse over it to highlight it in it's entirety. Then right click the link and copy it to your browser. Then search.
