I've been growng pie pumpkins for a few years, and have BIG MAX plants this year and would like to try my hand at AG's next year. I don't need anything special since this is going to be my "experimental" year. :)
Thanks

More seeds than you will ever be able to plant in a lifetime will be available here on this site in the fall. Keep checking the "Seeds List" towards the end of November. Get your hands on Don Langevins book "How To Grow World Class Giant Pumpkins II". Start your patch prep as soon as those Big Max's are done growing.

Eveleth, MN eh? Home of the Hockey hall of Fame. Its also darn cold up there, where you can probably play hockey outside till the end of June, and start back up again at the end of August. lol Like Shannon said in the post above, seeds will be available here at no cost all this winter. And with the number of contributing members growing all the time, you can expect a huge amount of seeds to be there.

Hey,this was my first year growing the AG seeds .i have been growing the bigmax seed the last 4 years.I made a lot of rookie mistakes in growing the biggies my biggest was at 170lbs+ when it snapped half way off the stem yesterday.I didnt give the vine enough room to give.NEVER had that problem with the so called bigmax pumpkins.but iam going to save the seeds from this pumpkin you can have some this fall.just email me.

Brandon your wife aint seen nothing yet. Two years from now if this bug bites you hard, she will call the men in the little white suits. You will not even be afraid of them because they will be talking about pumpkins. Good luck Shannon

Shannon.........You are exactly where I was last year at this time. Take a look at my diary if you like to see what we did in September and October through May of 03.

Your in trouble man. I can tell. }:o)

The last four or five pix show where we are one year later.
Your are hooked so go for it. Good patch building to 'ya.
