I've ordered seeds before and sometimes they don't ship until spring but, I don't get charged for them until they are shipped. I'd contact them.

According to the Website :
" WorldClassGardening.com is an independent exchange operator, specializing in the exchange of seeds of important genetic characteristics, between seed buyers and the original seed growers.

Seeds are authenticated by shipments from the actual grower."

SO when you order there you have to wait for them to process the order and then contact the grower who then has to pack and ship your order -- So I'd say it may take awhile ! (they don't actually have the seed stock they leave it up to the individual growers to fulfill the order and will sell seeds for anyone that wants to pay them a percentage to offer the seeds for sale so there is no quality control on the timing of order fulfillment and shipping !))

There are no customes restrictions on seeds coming into canada. If they dont show, they likley got lost in the mail.
