Hello everyone,

I am starting up my first patch this coming year and was hoping if anyone could spare a few seeds?
I want to grow a pumpkin at least 600 pounds, but I'm trying to get a very nice orange color like The 852 Myers.
I've bought pumpkin books, asked tons of questions, basically anything to raise my chances. My town only has 4,000 people in town heavy with amish, and nobody has grown any pumpkin over a 150 pounds for at least a decade or two. I am a young grower only 16 years old, so if anybody has any advice I check the message board daily or you can email me at : joels.image@gmail.com Thank you

IPGA Indiana pumpkin growers association club, in the Links section on main menu. Soil seed and good weather. There are growers in your area, try and visit one of them and pick there brain, ask questions. sherber56@msn.com 35 postings down from this one you just posted, on 10/15 cojoe posted seeds available, these are some of the best genetics there are, thats his email, email him. The way it works is you send him a (SASBE)self addressed stamped bubble envelope, with postage on it, when he gets it he puts the seeds in it and sends it back. I would send you some orange seeds but I am in Afghanistan for the Army right now.

Yes join the IPGA I am a member there. If you want a very nice orange color I have seeds that will give you that. As far as the weight goes it's as good as your skills and soil is.
