Ive grown 9 year ols seeds with success. ive grown 8 year old seeds with success.I now have two seeds from 94 growing. It all depends on the seed and its storage...but germination decreases with age......G

i just came back from the ohio picnic last weekend, and dale lanterman, (who was nice enough to give myself and dan carlson a private tour) is growing a squash plant from his own seed from 1989.

When you store your seeds, do you use any special conditions. I've heard you keep them in the refrigerator, but if you get 200 seeds from a pumpkin, that's not very practical. Any suggestions?
