I am looking for a 895.5 Hester. Next year is going to be my first year growing. But have stood behind my husband Shannon and have seen his great success. And I am thinking about also getting into pumpkin/ Squash Growing. Please let me know if you have a hester you don't need.
Thanks April :)

April, I have a 535 Wolf that "rumorweed" (nice and green) grew on and a few from an acorn squash I can give you. Now what are you going to do with all that lawn?

April,
The 895.5 was doing great up intill the 15th, we got a sneaky light frost that took about half of my leaves... The pumpkin was covered and has put on several inches since then. I estimate her weight at 767# today, but I hear the 895.5 goes heavy!

I grew a 552 squash last year from the 895 Hester sibbed (with one of Brett's plants). This year's squash is taping around 750 lbs from the 552 (look out Gerry!) I would be glad to provide seeds from either fruit. ( I still have a few left from last year's 552).

I had a 552 growing this year and plan to try it again next year. The plant was amazing and fruit were a dark green. I lost my plant to SVB's I believe. I had a ton of SVB's this year and had a hard time controling them. Jim, what did you polinate your 750 est with? Thanks for giving me a chance with your seed.

Hey boys and girls, there are still 895's left in the jar here at my place. Email me at pumpkinguru@giantsofthegarden.com That fruit had the largest seed trove out of any fruit I have ever had, so give me an email. Brett Hester The Pumpkinguru
