In Germany we have an old wisdom: Dont say thank´s for seed or plant, if you said so, the plant may not develop well.

Clinton, I'll send you some seeds today from the ones I have remaining. No problem about the phone call. The reception was very bad.
Jan, You are welcome! Just send me some of your seeds next year if you get any. Thanks for the corn seeds!
Hans-Werner, Don't get too superstitious on us here...ha ha! Plant 'em and they will grow...but first get the soil prepared...that's what I'm doing right now.
Best regards to all from Germany! Michel

Darn it Hans-Werner... Is that why I could only grow a 595lb pumpkin this year?LOL I thought it was the terrible soil in my patch and frost on September 2nd and 3rd and terribly hot and dry year...
From now on I won't say thanks but I think this is a funny old german wisdom. Talk to you soon! Michel

Hans-Werner, It took me about three days to get the giant sunflower hedge cut and tilled under so I'm swithching to 2 meter green wind fences.
You're on your own now pal for the giant sunflowers and tall corn...he he! Michel
