I am wondering if any growers out there ordered or will be ordering seeds of the Cotton Candy variety from the Rupp company. This is the beautiful "new 2004" white pepo. The smallest quantity they offer is 1 oz. approximately 200 seeds for 6.80$ + shipping. I only plan to grow 3 or 4 plants so if you ordered seeds and would be willing to give up 5 at most I would appreciate it. I could send a SASBP to you with a $ or two or a trade of some kind for the seeds. If interested email me your address and what you want in return. Thanks.

No but at their website http://www.ruppseeds.com/about.htm you can order a free catalog, mine came in 4 days. Very nice catalog and huge selection. It is a perfectly white pumpkin. Unlike the lumina it is a pepo so the skin is brighter and whiter. Shallow close ribs and a green stem on a very round 5-12 lb. pumpkin.

I went to their site and couldn't find the Cotton Candy pumpkin. Sounds really nice maybe they sold out of them.

Sorry I wasn't very clear in my last post. It's ONLY in their catalog and yes it's really nice.

I was looking at them too. I wanted to get some also but they only sell commercially and I wouldn't be able to use all of those seeds.

I don't need 200 seeds either. I figure I would be giving them out to neighbors, friends, the postman, etc.
