Merry early x-mas everyone. To all of you asking for good seeds for next year, here's the deal. DO NOT FRET. You will get good seeds, regardless of who you are or where you are. All you gotta do is follow these simple directions. Come November, when all the pumpkins and squash have been harvested, growers will have millions of seeds available to YOU at no cost. You will find that collecting seeds is almost as fun as growing them. Instead of begging for every seed out there, GET TO WORK SENDING OUT BUBBLE PACKS (HINT HINT)I did just that last year, and ended up with over 200 excellent seeds. Write to the addresses listed in the "How to grow" books. Wait for this website to post their free seeds, or SEND ME a SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED BUBBLE PACK. All you need is 57 cents postage. I will have seeds from TWO 700+ pumpkins, and a couple of 400+ Available to YOU at no cost, other than postage.

I'll second Joe's advice. I did the same last year and have more seeds now then I'll ever plant. Plant some, experiment with some, and give some away to others to get them going in this great sport. Just remember where you got your seeds and if you ever hit the big weights share your own seeds. I would wait until November to mail out bubble packs because it will be at least that long before the seeds are ready to ship. You don't want your bubble pack to get lost or to annoy those generous growers who give their seeds away by getting envolopes way too early.

Alun, you can always try the ole letter in a bottle trick. That's a bit cheaper than mail. Mite be a little slow tho.
