I found out at a late time that ordered seeds are, well who knows, small and not what they said. I'am looking for a few wonder seeds next year that will produce over 500 lbs. I would share or trade but I have 1. If you can part with one I would be greatful. Send me your address, thanks for your help. ZAC

You've seen my list. The thing is it can't garuntee a 500 pounder, you just have to try to find one that is the closest to garunteeing it. I got 2 600 Desrosiers, it grew 4 400+ pounders on one plant, sadly, I gave one away and am planting the other so if you want one of those check this site in the fall. Ken D. said he'll be adding more 600's to the list. I hope you get some good ones, Tom

Keep in mind that good growing techniques are just as important as the seed. Just about any AG seed is capable of 500+ pound fruit, but you will need to care for your plants properly if you expect one of these monsters. Pruning, fertilizing, and insect/disease control are just a few of the many tasks you will need to perform regularly throughout the summer. EVERYTHING is important.

Hey, Len S. and Joe P., you guys live in NY too, do you have some tips for him? I think it's better to get tips from growers in your area (esspecially heavy hitters and former state record holders) because they have a pretty good idea of your growing conditions. From what I heard Len S. had no Cuke beetles then all of a sudden they were all over, something people from other areas might not be able to help you out with because it's only happend exactly like that in your area. I hope this helps, Tom
