It is hard to say which two seeds are best. Here is a selection of seeds that fit into this category:

801.5 Stelts
869.5 Calai
810 Dill
961 Daletas
670 Daigle
1370 Rose
1076.5 Werner
771 Holland
243 Beachy
1016 Daletas (with exceptions)
845 Nesbitt (with exceptions)
1230 Daletas (with more exceptions)

plus several others that show more exceptions than the ones mentioned or are not as deep orange and glossy.

And I'm sure I also missed a few...

1225 Jutras was pretty darn orange. I think Mike Frantz grew one this year, and his 1125 was massive and orange.
