anyone heard about this grower??

john castellucci, rhode island grower. grown a few real nice ones, 682, 743, 840uow. 682 put out ethan jervis 818, 743 threw the 859 dalton. the 840 was a cross of the 567.4 wallace X 682.4 castellucci.......not sure what, if anything that ones grown, but it seems to be a cross with potential to throw an orange one. hope this helps

Yeah John Castelluci is a very nice guy and as Scott says his seed has thrown a few biggies...nice orange one's. He also grew a 733 in 1997...I have a few of these and his 840 seed.

a 933# doesnt ring a bell with me, but as Alun said, he grew a 733#, maybe there's some sort of a mixup. or maybe it was just unofficial and never got weighed, and we havent heard about it yet. when was this pumpkin grown?

I am trying to find out that info but I believe it might have been grown in 2000 Or 1999.
Scott and Alun said John but the info I got said that they thought it was David Castallucci??? but they didnt seem to sure about that.
Not enough information yet.
Dont even know if I will get it.
