Whoo-hoo!! There is nothing like a good Pump Growers Ass Auction. How much do you think Al Eaton's will go for? Do they go by the pound or their overall appearance?

We're working on that too Eric. LOL <Thanks for the contribution Eric>
You'll need to pinch your cheeks when you get a look at this auctions offering.
It will be the probable source of the next world record (if Al Eaton attends) because the genetics are absolutely there.
I'll wager Dave & I have at least 60 hours into this thing so far. My phone bill will easy go 4 figures this month LOL.
Many many thanks to EVERYONE who has contributed so far.

Oooooh, boy, an "Ass Auction." My "fashion conscious" neighbours might be interested in that.

Don't need "approval" from ANYONE to auction or sell seeds in the US...didn't any of you read the old MATFOX thread on the subject.

Hey Root Slapper, I think you're right. I'm pretty sure the Dills claim no 'right of refusal' over "ass auctions". :) But as far as seed auctions, would you agree it is still a matter courtesy to request permission even if not legally necessary?

yeah, it's like, so what if there's no cop, you still gotta stop at a stop sign. it's the RIGHT thing to do.

Thats a very good point do you need approval from the Dills to auction a pumpkin growers ass.

It is in good taste & with the utmost respect that we sought the Dill's approval.
It is also policy here at BigPumpkins so the Dill's will approve all auctions that are held here.

I agree that asking for the "seal of approval" is the cool thing to do as a matter of courtesy. As far as fighting over some grower's ass...I'll leave that up to you hillbillys.

Maybe you need to lighten up and take a joke for a joke instead of looking to stir up the pot yourself. But if that's your style...fine with me.

Hmmmm....another country heard from. (Literally.) Well perhaps, Alun J, you don't fully understand the context of the "Doghouse" location reference. Anyway, get back to me when you learn to drive on the right side of the road.

YoMomma.....I sorta said this nice in 2 other posts but now you're attacking Alun, Steve...lots guys that are well-respected and have been around this site for years, unlike yourself. Why don't you just shut-up? Do you know anything about any of us? Have you ever grown a pumpkin or have any idea what it takes to do so? Other than having an opinion, just what qualifies you to slam folks here and basically be a pain-in-the-ass?

Southern...you're question can best be answered with another question....What do YOU really know about ME except that you think I'm an easy target because I haven't been posting on BP.com for years? You actually DON'T know ANYTHING about my growing credentials. For example: if I had a degree in Agriculture would you know that? If I owned a farm would you know that? Maybe YOU should avoid making assumptions that are possibly erroneous. And what I wrote to Alun was in response to him asking "what kind of a guy lives in a doghouse?" I took his comment in good humor and answered it in kind.

Yomomma you make yourself an easy very large target. With a mouth that big, and your devine ability to stir the pot. You just don't get it do you. It to bad you don't.

Who am I to question a gift from the devine? By the way Linus, maybe some of my comments make people uncomfortable because they remind them that they too harbor similar thoughts from time to time in the darker recesses of their mind. Just that most people don't like to look into that kind of mirror. Well at least I'm not a hypocrite about it. COME TO THE DARK SIDE LUKE.
