On Saturday March 18 2000 The N.H. Giant Pumpkin Growers Association was officially formed in a meeting held in Goffstown. Officers were elected and progress is going very good. We need members to make this work. Membership is 10 dollars a year. This will cover cost to run our association and get you 4 news letters a year. We plan to have a all N.H weighoff after the Topsfield Fair. An exact date is still being worked on. Prize Money is also still being worked on. Come join us on April 17th 2000 at 468 Rt 13 South, In Milford N.H for a free informative lecture on growing the giants given by Dave Kopsell the extention vegetable specialist for the state of N.H. From 7pm to 8pm. Also meet members of the N.H.G.P.G.A. Most of the states best growers will be there to talk to you and give you membership informaton following the lecture. Also Dave Kopsell will be available to answere questions as well. For more info call.
