I realise that this request comes at a very busy time in the Pumpkin growing season but i am attempting to get ready for a project i wish to start up this Autumn/Fall and need to organise all the details, seed sources etc as soon as possible. I am looking for Seeds, or rather the fruit (two-winged samara or key) from Sugar Maple (Acer saccharum) Tree’s that, according to my research, are found in the State of Minnesota. Also, if possible, i would like to obtain Seeds from the Red Maple (Acer rubrum) in addition to the Sugar Maple.
If you have either or both of the above trees growing on your property, and would be willing to collect about 50 Seeds from each, could you please contact me via private Email at MTu4639875@aol.com and we can chat some more on this subject.
Thank you in advance for any replies.
Regards Mike

In Addition to the above. I realise that Maple Trees are grown in many US & Canadian States as well as Minnesota, as stated above, and named Minnesota due to the reference information from the University of Minnesota Extension Service i was using as my research guidance.

Mike,
Sugar & Red Maples grow all over the temperate regions of the US especially New England. I have a large Red Maple (acer rubrum) in my backyard. When the drupes are ready you're welcome to them.
You know my AOL issues but try sending me your mailing address anyway.
