Has anyone here grown peanuts. I need to know how long to let them cure and when do I know when it is time to roast the peanuts?? Any help out there?

We've grown them here for fun but I haven't a clue how to cook them properly. Given our "less than ideal" peanut growing conditions, I consider it luckly we get any at all. Never harvested enough to consider a proper "harvest". Fun for my son though!
