does anyone know what I can grow in about 4 to 5 raised beds? They are about 10 feet by 4. Really like tomatoes and peppers, but dont think I could plant that many.
Thank you for your time.

You know these all sorts of giants that you can grow in small places i.e. Long Gourds, Giant Cabbage, Giant Kohlrabbie and Giant Tomatoes.
No need to abandon the hobbie!

Just about anything you want. I grow just about everything in raised beds. You can grow more than you think in raised beds. Just look at my 06 Diary.

Raised gardens are great, less ware and tear on the knees and back. Let the vines grow over the edges if possible.
