Andy, I have actually seen cuke beetles on our sunflowers. A small drench of Merit does wonders. John

Thanks John. Today I saw what looked like a flying beetle with a red line on it's back. I don't know what it was but it is probably the culprit. Thanks again, Andy.

out here the birds have a field day pecking at the leaves of my sunflower plants, kinda guessing they are eating the leaves for the moisture?
