Just curious what everyone does with them after harvest. I've heard some people make brooms out of them.

I grow at a public garden where people are tempted to steal (pumpkins) if they see them, I use the corn stalks off the corn that I grew and put them over my pumpkins so no one can see them.

We make a fodder shock, brooms are made out of broom corn. Feed them to the neighbors cows and horses. Shred and compost.
