Safers soap should do it. Or any other all purpose insecticide.

Your not going to get rid of them using safers that's for sure. Safers is contact only with no residual effect, flea beetles run for cover as soon as you start spraying the stuff. I've used Safers and M-Pede for years. It might be good for cleaning your sprayer.
If your having a problem with them on a food crop your best bet is sevin if your comfortable using that. I'd use something stronger around the area your crop is in. If your concerned about using harsh chemicals in the garden you can put a potted plant in the garden they are attracted to and make sure it's loaded down with a good systemic. Once you put the sevin down they should run to the potted plant.
