Sorry about dredging up an old post but I was looking up row covers on the site. the rating relate to the weight of the material and how much light passes through it. AG19 blocks 19% of light and is a lightweight fabric. AG 70 is an overwintering fabric and is extra hevy weight. it blocks 70% of available light. Two layers of AG19 has worked great for me this year. AG 19 is very delecate and is really a 1 year deal. AG 30 is a medium weight fabric and is durable enough for a couple seasons.
