What are some ways to seal an irrigation pond? I am looking for an inexpensive way, but looking for methods and ideas to seal the pond. Its for irrigation purposes and no fish will be in the pond. Its a dirt pond, Rubber liners are to expensive.

Depending on how big it is find a used pool liner on craigslist.

Clay as long as it rolled in hard and packed well will never leak. all the dams on farm here are all just hard rolled clay lined.
