So I saw that one of the auctions was selling a WR heavy chili pepper. My question is how is this possible? Are they doing a taste test after the weigh off? Poblano and Colossal are in the same species so I'm confused why Guinness would allow two categories.
In this vein, I should be allowed to get a certificate for heaviest sugar baby watermelon.

Very good point. In the new giant veg rules, it is stated that a taste test must be done. Interesting thing is that Poblano (chili pepper) isn't hot at all, certainly not if still green. I disqualified one at the Dutch weigh-off this past year after doing a taste test.

I was kidding about the taste test, but that's funny. Thanks DB.
