I havent been keeping an eye on asset prices. Very high... (Inflation has to be higher than they are stating?) Fun... surfs up. I am gonna have to catch a different wave lol... I sure missed that one.

Look at what JP says it is worth and their reasoning for that valuation. Massive disconnect.
Volkswagen has overtaken Tesla in Norway already in sales and Norway is considered the leader in adopting EVs. Other companies are not sitting still.
