The Democrats are shutting down domestic oil production. I don't think anyone can argue with that. They are shutting down the coal burning electricity producing plants. I don't think anyone can effectively argue with that. They are shutting down or attempting to shut down the remainder of our non weapons related nuclear reactors. I don't think anyone can argue with that. They are pushing very hard for us to purchase unaffordable electric vehicles. Vehicles which, by the way require a great deal of electricity. Our population is growing very fast due to illegal immigration. And this added population is going to require a great deal of electricity to run their lives too. I don't think anyone can argue with that either. The sun does not shine every day & is ineffectual for months at a time in the winter, and the wind does not always blow in a reliable & usable manner. I don't think you can argue with that. Development of battery & other forms of electricity storing technology are not currently capable of storing the amount of energy we need. And that is a fact. Bottom line is dire electricity shortages are in our future & without some positive intervention the internal destruction of our country is at hand. We are in a proxy was with Russia & it is looking like it may get much worse with possible direct confrontation possible between Russia & the USA. China will soon attempt to take Taiwan & this will involve another & possibly even more dangerous war for the USA. World War 3 seems just around the corner. Things are bad & look to get much worse. Please convince me I am wrong. A well run government could take measures to avoid these terrible things. Our President & Commander In Chief tells us he thinks Americans are doing well & are headed in a good direction. But after all, Joe listens to the smartest man he knows. Let's go Brandon & Hunter too.

A friend of mine lives off the grid with just wind and solar. Its possible. He ought to have an electric vehicle he could probably charge it for free since he does have extra power. I think he does everything cheaper than the PUD because he knows what he is doing and does everything himself. The problem is a contactor would charge 10x more for the setup he has. Most of us dont have the skill to create and maintain our own electrical grid. From what Ive seen at my friends place the technology is there. Does the world have enough lead and lithium, etc for everyone? I dont know. Is the real shortage... just a shortage of brains?

I could be wrong but with the right setup you can get enough power on cloudy days, and then simply have extra on sunny days. Can count on one hand the number of fully sunny days so far this year, but his batteries were charged.

He has a full size hot water tank and plenty of power it seems. The diminishment of the USA is inevitable. China has a high average IQ. So does Russia it seems. We'll be fine if we (are allowed to) elect people who are qualified.

Studies have shown flouride cuts 5 IQ points off. We could maybe use those. Brush your teeth with it, is one thing, but drink it, too? Well thats my two cents plus a few more to cover inflation lol.

Fluoride is absolutely horrible. Another things about it is fluoride calcifies the pineal gland. I brush with baking soda & I drink distilled water.

The Gridiot, True but how do we get there from here ? I believe even many Republicans want to control us as tightly as possible. Changing our education, our media, our news reporting & a very slanted Hollywood seems close to hopeless to me. I pray we come through these troubled times in a healthy way.

One simple thing that USA citizens can do to improve things is to vote. Everyone has concerns and ideas but a majority of potential voters do not vote in midterm elections. In our county only 25% of registered voters voted. As I understand, that is true of most locations in the USA. If you don't vote, you and other nonvoters are allowing a small number of people to legally control things you may or may not like.

Well, as Ghandi said you cant do more than to change one life for the better. Free movie on youtube. My more bitter drink... is just to ignore the folks who dont want a win-win solution.
