I misunderstood how to remove the blossom on my newly pollinated pumpkin. Rather than just taking off the petals of the flower, I removed the lobes as well. This blossom end of my pumpkin is now oozing clear droplets. I tried my best to dry it off and applied fungicide.... Is my pumpkin doomed? I had high hopes for this 4 day old pumpkin- as I am only growing one plant- and this is the only pumpkin I have pollinated on the main vine. Thanks for any advice!

Buddy, don't worry about it. I have knocked them off by accident. I've had them completely chewed off. No big deal. The oozing is the pumpkin healing itself.
