Farming- a bunch of catastrophies that result in a lifestyle

With all the rain we have had Ive been testing soil at weekly intervals and getting same reading each time: almost Nill on N and P, but K is awesome, if a little high. I've been hitting them once a week with a 9-16-16 drench at the stump and along the main vine. Is there a liquid fertilizer that is lower in N? I'm using fish fertilizer 5-1-1, and another product which is 4-15-15. I also want to dose them with some calcium. I found a liquid calcium that is JUST calcium to replace the calcium nitrate I have used in the past...any idea on how much calcium? Is there signs or a test I can perform myself to see if they are low in calcium? All kins are growing 3" a day cir and the green monster squash is banging out 3 1/2-5" a day, depending on heat. The two 3 week old prize winners are doing 2 1/2", and the weak plant in back is doing his usual 1 1/2".
