Looks like you are out of room? Maybe take down the silt fence and get after those weeds a little.

My 2 cents, if your going to pull, at this point I would wait until you have one set that you like.

I wouldn't pull it per say. If I were going to elimate a plant, I would use sissors or shears to cut everything above ground. Leave the root system alone as there's a good chance that the plant you want to keep has roots in the vicinity.
