I went to check my patch discovered 4 small cracks on the ribs of one, what would cause this ( they look pretty deep) I have 2 on the same plant 1 tapes 465 the one with cracks tapes 345 I left 2 on cause I was hoping 2 give one to my daughters H/S band to raffle off at a football game, Bad idea? Can i save the pumpkin PLEASE help thanks

I put a piece of straw in the holes they go all the way into the center any chance of saving it?

u can fill hole with latex cAulk.. But it's not good news that's for sure..it's gonna go down eventually...so sorry...maybe cut and raffle now... Let the winners pick up the mess in a week or two...
