How many days of growth is preferred from set of fruit to weight day? Our little local weight off is October 8th in Ukiah, California.

90 days of growth, but a lot depends on weather conditions and temperature.

Most of the fruit growth will occur in the first 60 days after pollination, but a good one can grow up to 120 days, with the mean being 90 days as Wilbur mentions above.
