If an AG get's pollinated by a field pumpkin, squash ect. Does it affect the size of the AG for that year?

No, It only affects next year growth. You can pollinate with anything in the maxima class. Most field pumpkins and squash can't cross pollinate with an AG. Some can. AG is in the Maxima Class
