Wondering when growth rate rate really takes off? Seems like when they hit a hundred pounds they take off. Only at 38 lbs a day yesterday 27 days AP. 20 lbs a day the two days before that. When they get rolling it seems like you can watch them grow. Best age for growth?

I still do but I call it Catching now!! Lots of fillets in the freezer. On the lake at light enough to see and off before all the tourists come out and then to the garden.
