Is a refrigerator an acceptable place for storing my seeds? Thanks.

From what I have seen, most people use a freezer. If you have access to a freezer then perfect! If not, I think a refrigerator would work.

I've been growing for 7 years now and have seeds still from 2009 in envelopes and kept dry in a drawer from my first ever pumpkin. They still are viable. I'm open to new ideas, will the freezer keep old seeds longer?

Best place to store your seeds is in my basement... ship them to me and I'll hold all of them......lol I have a bucket with seeds no freezer no fridge.. been doing good with germ rates
