I found a couple of green aphids on my seedlings. What can you spray seedlings with? The first leaf is just barely starting grow, they are in pots.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Not sure if this is the best answer. A drop of blue dawn dish soap in a water misting bottle and or tweezers.

stick a small fan in the hoop house. Dont face it directly towards the plant. Aphids don't like wind so even a little should put them off. Apply some soapy water too like Sandkin said

You can wash them off for now... like sandkin posted, later get a systemic going...

If the soap doesn't work, you can try a diluted solution of Neem Oil. This can be diluted the same as dish soap in a spray bottle and it will take care of any other insects as well. It is also can prevent the spread of some types of fungus. Just apply the spray out of direct sunlight and allow to dry before placing back in the sun.

Another option would be to wash them off in the sink, Or flick them off with your finger, make sure to kill them after they are off the plant or do it far away from where you are keeping them. It is smart to nip the problem in the bud now while the plants are still small.
If you are looking to go the chemical route to prevent them from coming back. I would suggest imidacloprid or Bifenthrin. The imidacloprid is a systemic so they will die after ingesting your plant. The bifenthrin wil knock them down and it willl also keep the aphids off your plant. They must not like the smell or something and will fly right over the plants and not look to land there.
