The first thing I see is your pH needs to come up some. Go to team-pumpkin.org, then the download section. Download the Soil Amendment estimator. It's a spreadsheet that gives you more info than you'll know what to do with.

You may need to get a soil test with more info to use the estimator. Your OM is good. Hopefully someone else can chime in and give you more info on everything else. I get my soil test done at Waypoint analytical, costs $14.40, although it went up recently, plus the cost for you to send it to them. Results come 24 hrs after they receive the sample.
