The GPC will be losing 3 valuable committee members at years end.
Vice President Russ Landry - Canadian Treasurer Joe Scherber - Midwest Member at large Steve Jepson - New England
These men have dedicated many hours to make the GPC what it is today. Their vision and prospective have made this organization the premier authority for weights, measurements, education, & the fairness of competition. Their commitment to all growers has been outstanding and I for one will miss them on the committee and wish them well in their future endeavors.
Please welcome 4 new committee members to fill the 3 seats vacated by the departing committee members mentioned above. The GPC has deemed it necessary to add an additional seat to help compensate for a rapidly growing site load.
Eddy Z. (aka The Ice Man) Canada Matt DeBacco - New England Don Young - Midwest East Gary Grande (The WhiZ) - Midwest West
The committee is very fortunate to get such high caliber members. The shoes they must fill are large and will need to work very hard to match their predecessors.
Thank you and welcome aboard, Dave Stelts

a big tip of the hat to steve jepsen. steve replaced me on the committee several years ago.hes a great guy. had he not become ill would have stayed forever. bless you steve.
what can i say about russ labdry? we had a lot of good times .he put a lot into making the gpc rules ,etc, fairer and better. he will be missed.
lastly my good buddy big man joe scherber. joe took my treasurers spot when i retired and he did a fantastic job of getting all the necessary paper work ,etc, forwarded for non profit status. people like joe deserve a big thank you as well.
