What is the official GPC Giant Pumpkin Chart? If I look back on the previous years it seems as different sites use different charts as some measurements are the same but the estimates are different. The GPC site says a 2013 combined chart, is that what the weigh offs are supposed to use?

The sites don't get to choose which chart they use, it's baked into the software. Site results since the last chart update (2013 & newer) should all be the same. Information older than that would have been entered using an old formula.

First off I am not complaining, just asking,ex. 2014 462" and 440" different estimates. many more if you look at them. Just wondering. I hope to meet you Andy in Saratoga if mine holds together and the NY club allows Massholes there LOL.

Now, I see what you mean. It looks to me like some of those total measurements should end in a 0.5, and the .5 is being dropped. That would make sense for the estimated weight differences at those sizes.
I'm not sure the bridges over the Hudson are rated for giant pumpkins, lol..

What is a "2013 combined chart " ??
I am using the 2013 team pumpkin standard ott chart. My numbers are not the same as some of the current results from this years weighoffs. Some of the pumpkins weighed for example, with the same ott as my chart, have a heavier est, and some have a lighter est, for the same amount of inches on my chart. Their is no consistency with the chart I am using.
Am i NOT using the same chart, ?? and if so, will some one please email me a copy to lewecode@ verizon.net.

That one only comes in Android, I believe. I did not see the app on their site available for iPhone. Am I missing it?

Old folks like me don't use the app. I don't even own a cell phone. P.S. Andy , I know a bridge that will handle my truck and pumpkin to get to Saratoga, my "problem" now is that my pumpkin won't fit in my F250 no matter how I turn it.

Ok, I found the chart that you all are using. Dangit, my pumpkins are smaller with this chart, lol ! I suppose they may go heavy on this one :)
