GPC AWARDS SHOW & DINNER
The awards dinner & show are a semi-formal event. The GPC asks that at a bare minimum please wear a collared shirt, slacks, jeans are OK but they must not be faded or have holes in them. No baseball caps, bib overalls, tennis shoes (running shoes) are permitted please remember we are honoring our champions, Please dress accordingly. No one will be turned away for not following dress code.
5:30 pm – 7:00 pm - Happy hour drinks, beverages, appetizers,
socializing for dinner participants only.
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm - Dinner & dessert
7:00 pm – MAIN Room opens to everyone with paid pass
7:15 pm – 7:30 pm - MC opens awards show
7:30 pm – 8:00 pm –Vine Of Honor Award
8:00 pm – Finished - GPC Awards and Presentations
The room will remain open till 12:30 am
SUNDAY
9:30 am – 10:00 am – Kelly Klinker -Treasurers Report
10:00 am – 10:30 am – Wizzy - State of the GPC
10:30 am – 11:00 am – Raffle drawings
11:00 am – 12:00 pm – End of Show
12:00 pm – MC closes session & seminar
