Store in air tight container. Spread evenly on prepared ribs, that have been par cooken n over. let sit kuntil the rub appears moist. Or use the rub, with the slow and low cooking method.
cook your ribs in overn for 1 1/2 hrs at 350 , in apple juice and water mix. 1/2 container frozen apple juice, and water. Line your cooking pan is you wish with foil , for easy clean up. Add mixture just to the top of ribs and cook. Drain liquid, and add dry rub, place back into oven for 10 mins. Then remove, add dry rub to both sides, let set for 10 more mins. Then onto the grill. heat thru, and add bbq sauce of choice. if you wish. Place the ribs with bbq sauce away from direct heat , heat ribs till hot , turning, so sauce does not burn enjoy lol, Eldridge Pumpkin
