24 pumpkin blossoms 2 eggs 1/3 cup milk 1 Tbls. parsley 1/2 teas. salt 1/8 teas. pepper 2/3 cup cornmeal oil or butter
1. Wash blossoms, remove cemters. 2. Beat together eggs,milk,parsley,salt,pepper 3. Dip blossoms in mixture, roll in cornmeal 4. Fry on both sides until golden brown
