I was looking on this board and could not find anything on tomato juice. Is it simple where we just add water to our tomatoes or are their other ingredients? Please post.

Richard: don't add water !! Strain and squeeze out seeds and skins. Simmer for 2-3 hrs then put in hot jars, add 1 teas salt to ea. jar. Wipe tops of jars off tighten lids and then put in cold packer for 20 min. Simmer longer or use some plum tomatos for thicker juice or sauce. good luck Raggu
