2 1/2c.flour 1 1/2brown sugar 2tsp.baking powder 2 eggs 1 tsp baking soda 1c canned pumpkin 1 tspcinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2tsp nutmeg 1 1/2cchopped walnuts
cream butter and sugar until fluffy.beat in eggs stir in pumpkin and vanilla. add remaing ingridents drop by rounded tsp. 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet. bake at 375 for 12-14 minutes
varations add 1c chocolate chip instead of walnuts or delete both and frost with pumpkin frosten
pumpkin frosten 1T. butter 1/4tsp. cinnamon 1T. milk powder sugar 1/4c pumpkin beat together butter milk pumpkin and cinnamon. add enogh powder sugar until frosten is the right consistency to frost
