4 large apples-peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup sugar
½ cup light brown sugar
¼ cup golden raisins
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon grated orange peel
½ cup unsalted butter-melted
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
4 maple brown sugar granola bars-crushed
¼ cup caramel ice cream topping

Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Place peeled and sliced apples into a greased 2-qt baking dish. Pour orange and lemon juice over apples.
Step 3. In a large bowl combine sugar, brown sugar, raisins, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, orange peel, butter, and vanilla. Mix well. Sprinkle over apples.
Step 4. Cover with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes or until apples are tender.
Step 5. Uncover and mash with a fork. Sprinkle baked apples with crushed granola bars and drizzle with caramel topping. Serve warm.
