Step 1: Put just enough extra virgin olive oil in the bottom of a skillet to cover the bottom when tilted around.
2: Set temperature to medium-high heat.
3: Put two slices of bread into skillet, flipping every couple of minutes so the oil absorbes as evenly as possible. Toasting the bread until both sides start to burn.
4: Lather mayo onto one of the slices.
5: Cut tomato slices 1/2 inch thick, using however many slices it takes to cover the bread.
6: Pepper the slices with garlic powder and ground sage.
Done
Its really good!
