Was wondering if anybody had a recipe for those
rich tasting pancakes

curtlave (team extreme)

Sourthern Utah

2 cups flour white,, 1 cup buckwheat flour, 3 tblsp oil,, 3 tblsp sugar,, 3 eggs, pinch of salt.. 1 tsp of baking powder... enuff butermilk to make batter pourable.. about 2/3 quart or slightly more.. rich and fluffy,, cook on grill at about 375 degrees.. till bubbles show on top.. flip over till done.. top with real butter.. uis this rich enuff fer you... got this recipe from my greatgrandmother .. and its a family request when we do breakfasts.. and its easy to down size,, makes about 28 cakes,, 4 to 5 inches in size , i personelly like it a bit thinner,, ,,

A simple recipe:
Pancakes
To each cup of flour add:
1 egg
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Mazola Oil
add Milk
