Ok...tomorrow I make sauce and Ill be freezing it. What else can I do and freeze/jar? I'd like to try jarring some salsa etc...got a nice recipie and a place I can go (website) to show me how to jar? I have hot peppers ready to harvest too..looking for a way to preserve them. Im on a diet so I cant eat them now as much as Id like to, but I aint giving them away !!hee-hee....please help me save my harvest til I can eat it !...G
