What type of peppers should I use for mild to medium pepper jelly? This will be my first year trying to make jelly,any help is much appreciated.

Couple I know made some peach habanero peach jam and it had a very subtle heat . Even people that do not like hot food were asking for more. I think the peach habanero is on the low end of heat for habaneros. It was very good and yes I used it on my toast in the morning.

Agree with spudder. My sister in law brings a bottle of pepper jelly when she visits, peach habanero is the heat source. I use it for dipping crackers, it’s awesome.
