pretty simple. just dried apples plus cinnamon...

A note about cinnamon:
I was given some cinnamon sticks by my friend. I didnt realize this but when cinnamon sticks are ground they have an intense hot spiciness like the "red hots" candies. Quite a bit different than regular cinnamon.

A nice holiday/ dreary winter snack???
